Description

The RPP-type multi-blade conveyor-rip saw provides an engineered solution for splitting sheet materials into precise dimensions defined by the spacing of the saw blades.

The integration of a feed belt system guarantees exact and high-precision longitudinal cuts. This continuous material throughfeed concept delivers massive time savings when cutting sheets into long, narrow workpieces compared to conventional methods such as sizing on a panel management cutting center.

The saw blades score 3 mm deep into the conveyor belt; therefore, this machine is specifically designed for high-volume serial production with a fixed cutting plan.
