Our range of 4-sided brush sanding and texturing machines is fully custom-built based on specific customer requirements. The configuration of this machine type is optimized according to its intended application and operational needs.
As a rule, multi-spindle brushing machines are tailored to their specific operational purpose. Their scope of application is wide, ranging from sanding to heavy-duty structuring and texturing of large, small, or complex-shaped workpieces. The spindle configuration is selected depending on the raw material or semi-finished product to be processed. It is possible to manufacture machines equipped with 4 or more spindles, as well as with individual spindle tilting capabilities. The maximum and minimum workpiece dimensions are determined based on mutual consultation.
