Description

An automated system line engineered for depalletizing, ripping, and automated infeed of glued-laminated timber sheet materials.

Driven by continuous development and production process optimization, KUSING introduces a new automated line designed for the handling and processing of glued-laminated timber sheets. The processing line is engineered to ensure a continuous and fully automated material flow from the initial input pallet down to precision-cut workpieces ready for subsequent machining operations.

The system integrates three primary technological nodes: an automated material depalletizing unit, a multi-blade rip saw unit, and an automated infeed module synchronizing with a four-sided planer/moulder. Each operational phase is governed by a centralized PLC system, ensuring precise motion coordination, high repeatability, and optimized power utilization of the individual machinery units.

This processing line represents an advanced solution for manufacturers of solid glued-laminated panels, scantlings, or sheet-based timber components requiring high precision, reduced labor costs, and continuous operation without manual intervention.
