How should the sliding carriage be maintained?

Simply blow off the dust and clean the carriage. For lubrication, we recommend using grease or dry Teflon spray. Do NOT use WD-40 under any circumstances!

How much does it cost to replace the hardened steel tracks?

Replacing the tracks typically costs between $270 and $490 (€250 to €450).

How long is your service and warranty coverage?

Every machine we sell comes with a standard 2-year warranty service, as well as long-term post-warranty service support.

What is the delivery lead time?

Standard lead time for delivery to the customer after placing an order is usually within 2 weeks.

Do you trade in old machinery?

Yes, we buy back used machinery, and trade-ins (old machine for new) are also available.

What about spare parts availability?

We stock spare parts for all machines we manufacture. For older, discontinued models, we can custom-manufacture replacement parts directly in-house.

Is equipment financing or leasing available?

Yes, our machines are commonly purchased through leasing or equipment financing. Please contact us for more information.
