Description

The SPS-500LR cross-cut saw for long cuts features a highly rigid and robust machine construction designed to handle demanding heavy-duty operations. It is engineered for cross-cutting both softwood and hardwood species.

The saw blade is mounted on an independent cast-iron spindle, with torque transmitted via a belt drive. This design extends the motor service life and minimizes potential maintenance issues.

The saw unit travel is electrically driven via a chain transmission system, allowing for fast and precise cutting speed adjustments through a frequency inverter. Workpiece clamping is pneumatically actuated.
