The KUSING SPEED FORMAT long-bed ripping and edging saw for solid wood represents a new generation of longitudinal material splitting. The machine concept, where the material remains stationary on the table while the saw blade performs the cutting movement, offers high-precision cutting that is frequently required, especially when processing expensive and hard wood species such as OAK. Thanks to the integrated laser cutting line indicator, highly accurate qualitative timber optimization can be easily achieved.

The machine is also exceptionally well suited for cutting panel materials, for instance, in the manufacturing of timber frame houses or special packaging materials, such as sizing OSB boards.
